You Do It Until You Don't Have to Think About Anymore
i've read various books that say, well, it's 66 days, or every everybody's got someike, quantifiable number about how long do a habit before it becomes ingrained. I don't, i think all that's nonsense. It's not even worth trying to pick a number and shooting for it. Just just start doing the thing and start tracking it, i would argue, too. And that thing that mike said about you do it until you don't think about any more, that is so important.
