The Story of a Horseman
John would groom trooper, then they'd tack up and head to a fruit and vegetable cart on sixtieth street. They were there sunday through thursday, six hours a day, even in the pouring rain. John says he'd walk in and say, what are you doing over there? The horse would watch his every move,. cause he knew i was getting is his cocktail drink i make hof in the morning.
