How to Predict a Hyperpensated Buy

One of the things maybe that surprised us, and it's not a huge surprise, but really interesting to see is the relative value of different actions a customer can take. And so kind of using that to say, we can't incentivize customers to do everything we want them to do. So I think that's been really cool to kind of understand and give us prioritization and marching orders for what to get customers to do to increase the likelihood we're going to retain them.
