I was eating like three times a day up until recently and we recently chatted with Asha from Prima Wellness last week. I tend to eat once a day usually if I'm working out a lot then I'll need to eat more but usually you know just get like a bunch of you know fatty steak and until I'm full and then I'm good for another 24 hours or so, surprisingly less than people would expect.
