The Importance of Complexity in Loyalty Programs
Loyalty programs in general are just not resonating with millennials. They were extremely cynical, they didn't have enough spend on airlines or even on grocery dare I say, to ever earn anything to make them excited. So there's a real importance within the loyalty kind of space for program managers to think about stripping back and re kind of configuring the programs so people don't have to think about it.
