Last year, Lisa Welshman gave a talk where she was encouraging us to stand up and do our best work. For me, it ties in. If I look up at this journey over the last 12 months, I tie this into what you're saying now as well. Are we doing your best thing? Or are you doing something that just benefits KPIs that are made for making money for a corporation? You can't expect too much from people who are just trying to get going. But on the other hand, our industry and our society is made up of thousands and thousands of tiny little decisions made by individuals every day.
