I think that what we have to do is have humility about our positions and then also try to be empathetic. And in some ways it's this choosing love over fear, right? Because oftentimes the drivers of people's very adamant opinions is a fear about the other or the other's opinion. But when you're able to dissipate that and simply look at it as trying to understand the other person without judgment, then I think you're open to have a conversation where one or the other might change their minds.
