The Relationship Between Know and Unknown

In March 2003, Donald Rumsfeld gave the famous interview where he developed his thoughts on the relationship between known and unknown. There are things we don't know that we don’t know - but it's still within our horizon of understanding or of meaning,. But here, unfortunately, the electrical strength of Ramsfeld thinking finds its limit. This would be if Saddam were to have some ultra-secret weapon – this would be unknown unknowns. It's not simply that we didn't know; We even wouldn't have known that we don'tknow. The level of what? I will describe this level now by referring to a philosopher who three days ago lost his job.
