Antibiotics Against Bacteria

Bacteria are at war with other organisms to defend their space. Traditionally drugs came from what we call natural pro ts, any compound that is produced by a living organism. The original anabiotics all came from the soil microbes. But now they've taken a lot of this process has been to looking at cryptic geans. These are not typically expressed unless they're put under certain selective pressures. This process of geno mining can stimulate them basely and produce different types of compounds.
