The Cyclic Economy and the Importance of Inventory
Roland Martin: I've heard people mention that inventory is really low and homes available for sale or for single family homes is kind of towards a record low. But the other part of me thinks, well, maybe it's the fact that no one wants to sell their home because they were getting quotes at higher prices a year ago. We've already seen the bottom, I think, with new construction. It's already started to pretty much stabilize and recover. The industry is cyclical. Who knows exactly what's going to happen?
