The Role of HUD in the Housing Market

The housing market just keeps going up. The prices just keep going up because everybody's moving in. And private, it drives out private competition. So every, every residence, every residential project in the area has to be basically subsidized housing or public housing. Because private guys cannot compete. Let me tell you, most of the people there worked with HUD or were HUD contractors and they looked at me as if they could not believe that I would say that.
