The property market in Australia is so expensive, especially if you're not living at home. And I can't imagine what it's like for a lot of you guys listening to this podcast who don't necessarily have parents or family that you can lean on and you have to do this all yourselves. So my parents were the kind of people that would be like, especially for their own kids, they would bend over backwards to help us out and get into the property market. They had to guarantor our house using one of their other properties because they have multiple properties. But yeah, it is interesting.
