The Anger Is Here and It Feels Bad

There's been two tactics that i've taken, because i still get angry. When things happen, like values or ndries or wounds, I sel get really angry. Instead of attacking, i say, i need to take a time out and to go for a walk. And it's amazing what kind of intelligence comes out of that space. It doesn't mean that the anger is completely gone, but it means that it's going to come out in a refined way.
