How to Hire a Slow Engineer
There are some parts of our code base that are a little bit old, a little bit wonky. And the cool thing is, I like pointed out some of the areas that were not so good. As part of his task, he's done a bit of refactoring, but it's not like spiraling way out of scope. He also upgraded our version of Rubocop so that it's compatible with like Adam plugins for automatically linting as you say, files. It usually takes us on average a couple of months to, to find someone. We're just like probably always going to have for the foreseeable future at the standing job posting.
