Is There a Safe Something Anonymous Reporting System?
After Sandy Hook, there's an app developed called the Safe Something Anonymous Reporting System. Only 7% of schools have downloaded and are using this regularly. There's a program also called Rachel's Challenge which was developed by the father of the first Columbine victim. It teaches anti-bullying empathy because as Catherine mentioned, they're mentally disturbed.
