A lot of the loneliness comes from people fearing stating what the satis quois are, just fearing saying that things that they don't have the answers. I think it's very often a function of how we see ourselves, or what we believe our value is or isn't, or what great managers or great leaders should be - which is a very limiting word, rit should. And so i think it's easy to bite into this thought or this concern of, what is my value?
