Learning English in a Proper Way

I love letting students know don't be afraid of making mistakes it's truly okay and that really releases and helps people feel more confident all right I have a friend he's from United States but he like he's living 20 years in Russia and he speaks good in Russian. Our thing we usually correct non-native speakers if they make mistakes because we think okay we will help them  and they will understand how to speak in the proper way.
