But not being a rights owner or not being protected by a panoply of rights doesn't mean we shouldn't treat them as if they had rights and as if people had rights, he says. "I'm suspicious but there are those things that exist whether they're from God or they're from the status of how he is a rational agent" 'We would like how he to vote but we wouldn't like how he's dog to vote for example,' he adds.
