I like the way that you talk about playbooks too, especially a lot of the work that I've seen just from the growth molecules and like the presentations and the content that you all do. And it's important that you give your team space to role play right so having a community where you meet on a regular cadence to role play we call it the art of no jitsu in our class of how to learning how to say no. So just being able to in a safe place with someone you trust is really important and we we highly encourage with our playbooks or our classes. It's not something that's stagnant we deliver it in the G Suite in fact so that they can continuously
