How I Got Transferred From Two Rivers, Oregon

Mitchell was transferred from two rivers to a minimum security prison in central Oregon. Mitchell: "I'm coming from a place where I saw dudes killed, stabbed and constant people at the ready" He says his new home is eerily calm but that he's not allowed to take drugs or do anything illegal.
