Rous: I think the best parallel for that cleaved example is in the book I talk about the gallery in Philadelphia, the gallery at my Denise. They redid the bottom of the terminal tower to be a mall. And then what happened? The reputation became like black teenagers were going there after school and hanging out. So white people just like stopped going, basically. Rous: That means that the mall is not necessarily attracting the middle to upper middle class.
