The Scythians, Ok?
The biggest confederated group seems to have been the scythians, ok? And this is a group that also made their way westward into europe. Their writings about them from greecead. Also, there were bactrians, sodians and otherst and some of them dominated particular areas,. They are still sometimes called by those names, bactria and sogdia. So that the peoples, especially the scythian, though were described, they did not have writing it. But there were civilizations that knew of them, and interacted with them. That did write about them, both to the west and the east.
