Am, soye and d's new album is 'too precious' to listen to at the moment. The more extreme external things are happening, perhaps the deeper i go in with the music,. I've never had anything like that before with any other album - nothing close to that as wonderful. You can understand something intellectually nd anto fully integrate that as actual knowledge on a deep level. Can be years apart. But i've fully understood now how i feel things in my body. Sometimes i definitely numb it with strong alcohol. This not the, not the only answer. One of the answers is to sit in it and breathe into it. And if you don't surrender and move through
