One of the big challenges in a pod based multi manager hedge fund is the PMs don't see any incentive to promote their people. We created a essentially a profit sharing pool that was distributed amongst portfolio managers and analysts based on their contributions. It gives that feeling that they're feels like they're in that together. So like as a team, we win as a team.
