I think that that's a great reminder for just about anyone, myself included, to approach problems from a place of calm strength. And then also, I think another thing that goes hand-in-handed that is, you know, when the fear and anxiety come in, accept it. Sometimes before the trust, I go through the fear and Anxiety and I get to trust it lost faster. If I tell myself, it's okay that I'm feeling scared. That's human, you know,.
