What Kind of Products Are You Working Out Pricing For?
i have a background in both perpetual sofware as well as subscription. What i see is, normally, when companies start they need to put together some sort of pricing. But pricing, i would say, before you hit ten million in revenue, is not the most important lever in your growth tool box. Your really, at that stage should be focusing on actually creating value, creating something customers want and definitely charging them something.
