In lieu of fisc policy, you get this kind of financialized growth. Asset prices are rising, but real incomes aren't changing since the mid 19 nineties. You have very, very highly concentratedaa global supply chains which break down in crisis. I think that these are a vectoral changes, and it's going to be slow and steady,. But i don't think we're going to see the going back to the mid 19 Nineties.
