The ICOC did change their structure in an attempt to salvage the influence they once had. Long-term members said that the early 2000s were a time of discipline by God for getting Hottie and quote, "'Ferecycle in our attitude and our approach' It's not Hottie to treat people like shit. It's just shitty." And that's H-A-U-G-H-T-Y, just FYI, not H-O-T-T-y.
