I would rather have a gap in my team than somebody who is amazing, a brilliant person, but who is toxic. And so, you know, I think soft skills are really important. This is the other thing where, like he was saying that how, he didn't believe that kind of seniority as a designer and your ability as a designer were matched. There are lots of people who are very, very senior designers, but aren't great designers.
