How to Convince People to Care About Front End Development

Front end developers are missing the boat on a lot of good design systems work without them users can't interact with websites. The general blocker is fear i'm afraid of something so i'm not gonna keep what i'm doing now because I'm afraid of what the other thing is that's what anxiety is this fear of the future for me well unless the future looks better and i'll adopt a little bit of risk in order to do that.
