The Governor of Massachusetts Announces What Her State Is Doing in Response to the American Political Right's Just Taken on Abortion

Rep. Justin Jones selected to refill his seat temporarily by a 36 to nothing unanimous vote at the Metro Council in Nashville tonight. He immediately joined with protesters outside to march right back up to the Tennessee state Capitol, whereupon his colleague Gloria Johnson met him at the door and he walked inside and he retook his seat. The other young legislator who was expelled by the Republicans, Justin Pearson, it is expected that he too is going to be retaking his seat in the legislature. That's expected the day after tomorrow on Wednesday. Once he too is likely reinstated, we'll see if the Republicans try to throw them out again since they are coming back.
