Matt Welch: We hear so much about supply chain shortages, but not necessarily the labor problems entwined. He says there are 750 to a million driver shot in the industry right now; three and a half million more that are not working. Welch: It's really about like, you know, this is not a job that people want to do. "We have more stuff than we need," he says of warehouse workers who walk 13-15 miles a day.
