You say it's easy to have conversation about issues, but much more difficult to actually do something about them. What are some of the reasons behind the difficulty? Because so, yo, get people, most of em. Nobody hires bad people. And i think for some teams and some organizations, it comes maybe a little bit more naturally, where you have things like o psychological safety. It's hard sometimes when you have to kind of be the rule person and to break to that side of it.
