How to Overcome the Challenge of Making Decisions

When you're the first product manager to see always to empower and to enable you, you can make decisions in the beginning. Once you get there and you prove yourself, it makes a lot of fun. What I try to do is not steal decisions, but at least say, well, if I were in charge and if I had to make that decision, I would make it like this. It really depends on the context, but most of the time it's just proving yourself by working hard and producing value.
