lolatinib has a distinct side effect profile from the other inhibitors. Hypercholesterolemia is common occurs in 60 to 80 percent of patients and does not seem to be associated with an increase in cardiovascular adverse events. The CNS effects are probably the most important to talk about um they occur at a higher dose than some statins such as simvastatin or provostatin which have their metabolism affected by lolatinib.
