There is a generational change. The sales persons that were in their twenties and thirties in the nineties are now older, perhaps even retiring o run retirement. So there's a new generation that wants to interact and even conduct sales themselves. They don't want to care arout a clat catalogue. And i think that's on the customer's side as well.
