There is a business called Shop Runner and I'm not exactly sure how it works, but it's like you get faster shipping with a bunch of direct consumer brands. A company called Inverterate started by somebody I think who used to work at BVA has an infrastructure based on their video on their site. And the last thing I found was a McKinsey report from about two and half years ago that said members of a paid loyalty program are 60% more likely to spend more on a brand after subscribing.
