The most important job as a founder is capital aplication. How are you using your money to grow? And for us, it's investing in people. I didn't realize how much growth would just suck out cash. Like around october last year, i think i had five or six full time people,. It got down to wear in the bank, like half of what pay roll should be. But any insiht on that, yes, that i agree, is one of the hardest things.
