I think that what I think of is just to not fall into the, I think they call it the naturalistic fallacy or just the natural fallacy. Take vitamins. There are many things that we're not going to find in nature, but they are responsible for eradicating disease. And so don't feel ashamed or that you are being a science denier. Try to try the supplement. So long as it's not going to harm you, it may, it may help if there's some evidence that it can help.
