conservatives have been sold this idea of institutional neutrality. They believe that the what makes them free is that the government doesn't impose values and doesn't make decisions. The key is just to purge the bad stuff, the imposition of another person's morality,. But they should never impose their own. And that's a disaster, because that's how the left is able to do all these things.
