The Impetus for the Post-Purchase Survey
Enquire V1 was built for a handbag company in New York called Cara Sport. The initial use case of how do we help this brand solve attribution? This was in 2018, so none of these privacy problems were really at the forefront at that point. So by connecting it or linking it to the actual order, it is literally if you look in Google Analytics and you see that order came from Facebook, paid social, and then you look at the post-purchase survey.
