Is There a Status for Message Bills?
I actually advocate for a different kind of status for some of the bills I think, you know, as we all know, there are some bills that get introduced that basically everybody understands or never intended to become law. It could have a status that that just said that it was not yet reviewed by legislative council that would allow it to proceed and not be a part of that bottleneck That is backing up the expert lawyers that are working on bills that probably do have a better chance of getting a vote.
