Since 1965 the global energy demand has increased by fourfold. Since 2010 until now the world spent more than 4 trillion dollars on renewable energy. Yet for China to achieve carbon neutrality it needs 38 trillion dollars based on current spending and that assumes all the current projects will stay forever.
