When you're doing a retro, try to do as much as you can to keep the team engaged. If that means cameras on, then cool if your camera is off,. Then that means that you're not present. And that's okay. The way you're going to figure that out is through your team charters through your team agreements. So none of us wants to say hey, Jay's got his camera off he's a bad guy. We want to say let's make it easy for Jay to be present. His cameras on and his mic is on that means he's here with us"
