The Garden of Life

Elizabeth was born into a family of only daughters, with no sons. She grew up in the country within striking distance of her much better off cousins in the grand estate not too far away. But pure chance had given these cousins money and opportunities that she, elizabeth was going to have to scrap for. So she had to lay up a store of charm and vivacity. And this is no situation for shrinking violets, or probably not interverts either.
