23% of investors wanted to get another investment property in the next 12 months. Interest rates rising has certainly made it harder to and some of the cost of living challenges. People have seen the opportunity, particularly now we've seen prices come down nationally 10%. But Perth hasn't come down at all and Sydney came down 13%. That's obviously turned.
