Military Housing
Pinnacle are a private firm and they were given a contract to maintain the stock of military housing in the UK for the troops and their families. Military families have had sort of the worst experience of having a bad landlord effectively who doesn't do the repairs. So there were certainly high hopes from military families that they were going to see improvements.
