You Shouldn't Have Breakups Sex

Sex is another thing that's been so stigmatized because it's sex. Just like talking and crying can be part of the breakup, why does sex get put in this box of something that absolutely you should never do? I feel like we shouldn't really treat it differently. If breakups hurt so much already, is having sex going to be the thing that makes them hurt, no, they already hurt. Like, do what makes sense. And maybe do what doesn't make sense, and then have compassion for yourself.
