A lot of people coming into meditation in the west come to it through a some road block in their life. And that is a lack of freedom. We don't have to just react to circumstances, we can actually choose how to act. This is te great in and you know, so we could say, perhaps that, like bit coin, inner engineering is premised on this, don't trust ethos exacty.
