Arthur Barrier's XLR 11 Conviction Reversed

An appeals court panel that was not made up of bleeding heart liberal judges. They unanimously and pretty quickly realized that it was ridiculous not to let Arthur Barrier testify. So now without him even testifying, they're then on track for a potential third trial. The thing is so XR 11 was charged in a lot of these cases because there was another something's called UR 144 which was basically identical to XLR 11.
